SYNOPSIS
On a sunday morning in Palermo, Alessandro leaves his home with a painting under his arm, determined to sell it and make some money. He wanders through the dilapidated streets of the historic centre and comes across a gallery of eccentric characters. This film is a burlesque portrait of Alessandro and a city where precariousness creates a sort of everyday life poetry.

Paris-born filmmaker Marie Audiffren moves to Palermo where she studies at the Academy of Arts. With the growing interest in documentary filmmaking, she settles in Naples to attend a cinema workshop named Filmap created by Leornardo di Costanza. In 2018, she directs her first short documentary film, Uè Chica, selected at the Filmmaker Festival in Milano. Marie also works as director assistant (Agalma by Doriana Monaco, Rumoridella Kalsa by Joséphine Jouannais), as a fixer and a stage manager in Sicily.
